Call for Abstracts: IMRP 2027 – A Key Opportunity for the Phytosanitary & Food Irradiation Community
The Phytosanitary and Food Irradiation Platform (PFiP) would like to draw the attention of the global community to the official Call for Abstracts for IMRP 2027.
The International Meeting on Radiation Processing (IMRP) continues to be one of the most important international forums for showcasing innovation, sharing technical advances, and highlighting commercial developments across the irradiation sector.
We strongly encourage PFiP members and colleagues across the community to consider submitting an abstract and contributing to an exciting programme.
Suggested topics of particular interest include:
- New investments in irradiation facilities, technologies, and infrastructure
- Emerging, developing or growing markets for food and phytosanitary irradiation
- Evolving application technologies, including accelerator developments and system innovations
- Advances in supporting infrastructure, logistics, dosimetry, validation, and process optimisation
- Regulatory and market developments that support wider commercial adoption
- Case studies demonstrating successful implementation and scale-up
IMRP 2027 provides an important opportunity to share practical experience, highlight new developments, and help shape the future direction of irradiation technologies globally.
