IFIS 2027 Dates Announced
Information for the next International Food Ionizing Processing Symposium (IFIS) has now been released. IFIS 2027 will take place from 19-21 October 2027 at the Royal Palm Hall in Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil.
IFIS brings together stakeholders from across the food value chain, including researchers, technology providers, food producers, retailers, regulators, and institutions. The symposium provides a platform to discuss industry challenges, share the latest scientific developments, and explore how ionising technologies can help meet evolving needs.
Earlier this year, IFIS and the PFiP announced a collaboration agreement to strengthen knowledge sharing, expand technical resources, and increase global engagement. The partnership aims to improve understanding of food irradiation and provide broader access to scientific information for the international community.
